Washer is leaking

In most cases, if you notice water puddles under your washing appliance, it is a the right sign it leaks in some place. Don’t freak out! It doesn’t start

The simplest way to do it is to connect some other working device, like your phone charger or fan, to your socket and see if it works alright.

Washing machine doesn’t drain

At times, your helpful washing machine may fail to drain water and stops working. A filthy, soiled drain pump or some part of a garment may block it. Examine your washer drain pump once it happens. Start with dismantling the washer front cover and removing the drain pump protective case. Examine all pipe connections that lead to the washer drum and see if the washer’s direct drive belt remains in proper condition.

Washer doesn’t spin

In case you start your loaded washing machine, it pumps up water inside but won’t spin while in the washing cycle, its sensor is probably out of order and may not work the way it has to. This is the point where you want to make sure your washer has its door closed properly and secured. It would be a great idea to test the dedicated sensor. The drum in your washing machine has to slowly but constantly spin in either direction while in the washing cycle. In case it doesn’t, or you hear some strange clattering sounds when the drum starts spinning, it could be the sign indicating some issues with the water pump or some moving parts are somehow blocked in your appliance. A failing electric drive could also be a cause of malfunctions in your washer spinning while in the washing cycle.

Your machine cannot complete the washing cycle

All operations carried out by your washer are programmed. The main electronic control unit is responsible for program execution. Consequently, if the cycle starts OK but cannot be properly completed, the main electronic control unit is to blame for this. Before replacing any electronic components, we recommend determining at which stage of the washing cycle the failure occurs. This approach will provide you more insights about the issue and the reason.

Say, once the washing machine doesn’t drain, the reason of this malfunction may be quite far from issues with the main electronic control unit. In this case, make sure you check the washer for some blocked parts or some other issues of this type.
